In diesem Manuskript wird die Implementierung eines stimulierten Raman-Streumikroskops (SRS) beschrieben, das durch die Integration eines SRS-Experimentalaufbaus mit einem Laser-Scanning-Mikroskop gewonnen wurde. Das SRS-Mikroskop basiert auf zwei Femtosekunden (fs) Laserquellen, einem Ti-Sapphire (Ti:Sa) und einem synchronisierten optischen parametrischen Oszillator (OPO).
