هنا هو بروتوكول لدراسة الاكتئاب مثل والسلوك anhedonic في الفئران. فهو يجمع بين طريقتين سلوكيتين راسختين، وهما تفضيل السكروز واختبارات نقص الفقار الناجمة عن الجدة، ونظام مراقبة تلقائي للطعام والمداواة السائلة، للتحقيق بشكل غير مباشر في سلوك القوارض باستخدام معلمات بديلة.
