Här presenterar vi en modifierad TGA-metod för uppskattning av ligninhalten i örtartad växtbiomassa. Denna metod uppskattar ligninhalten genom att bilda specifika tiodelsbindningar med lignin och utgör en fördel jämfört med Klasonmetoden, eftersom det kräver ett relativt litet urval för uppskattning av lignininnehåll.
