Du papier d’aluminium a été inséré microchirurgicalement entre les testicules de Spodoptera litura pour obstruer la fusion des testicules. La procédure comprend la congélation, la fixation, la désinfection, l’incision, la mise en place de la barrière, la suture, l’alimentation postopératoire et l’inspection. Cette approche fournit une méthode pour interférer avec la formation des tissus.
