Vi utvecklade två uppsättningar spåra kombinationer i ROSA26 tdTomato (ubiquitously uttryckt i alla celler) / Cre (specifikt uttryckt i kondrocyter) möss: en med 2.3Col1a1-GFP (specifik för osteoblaster) och en med immunofluorescens (specifik för benceller). Data visar den direkta omvandlingen av kondrocyter i benceller.
