Her beskriver vi en protokoll for å utføre cisterna magna cannulation (CMc), en minimal invasiv måte å levere tracers, underlag og signalnettverk molekyler i spinalvæske (CSF). CMc kombinert med ulike modaliteter for bildebehandling, og kan glymphatic systemet og CSF dynamics vurdering, samt hjernen hele levering av ulike forbindelser.
