Denne analyse er en simpel metode til at kvantificere hæmatopoietiske celler i udviklingen af embryonale zebrafisk. Blodlegemer fra dissociated zebrafisk udsættes for flow cytometri analyse. Dette gør det muligt at opdage bloddefekter hos mutante dyr og efter genetisk modifikation.
