कृमि-संरेखित/Worm_CP एक सरल फिजी/सेलप्रोफिलर वर्कफ्लो है जिसका उपयोग कैनोरहैब्डिटिस एलिगेंस नमूनों को सीधा और संरेखित करने और पूर्व प्रशिक्षण चरणों की आवश्यकता के बिना पूरे कृमि छवि-आधारित परख को स्कोर करने के लिए किया जा सकता है। हमने जीवित जानवरों या लिपिड बूंदों में गर्म-सदमे प्रेरित अभिव्यक्ति के मात्राकरण के लिए कृमि-संरेखित/Worm_CP को निर्धारित नमूनों में लागू किया है ।
