Robot-geassisteerde Retzius-sparende radicale prostatectomie is een techniek die het mogelijk maakt om urinecontinentie te behouden of het herstel van urinecontinentie bij de meerderheid van de patiënten vergemakkelijkt. Patiënten moeten worden geïnformeerd over het risico op een positieve chirurgische marge.
