Kolokalisierung der Kelvin-Sondenkraftmikroskopie mit anderen Mikroskopien und Spektroskopien: Ausgewählte Anwendungen in der Korrosionscharakterisierung von Legierungen
Die Kelvin-Sondenkraftmikroskopie (KPFM) misst die Oberflächentopographie und Unterschiede im Oberflächenpotential, während die Rasterelektronenmikroskopie (REM) und zugehörige Spektroskopien die Oberflächenmorphologie, Zusammensetzung, Kristallinität und kristallographische Orientierung aufklären können. Dementsprechend kann die Co-Lokalisierung von REM mit KPFM Einblicke in die Auswirkungen der nanoskaligen Zusammensetzung und Oberflächenstruktur auf Korrosion liefern.
