Abstract
간장 산소 소비가 상대적으로 높은이지만 간장 혈액 공급의 약 70 %가 저조한 위장관과 비장에서 파생된 포털 정맥 혈액을 산소 때문에 산소 공급과 간장의 수요 사이에 상당한 차이가있다. 산소는 sinusoids 통해 중앙 venule에 포털 정맥의 터미널 지점에서 흐르는 혈액에 의해 hepatocytes에 전달하고, 이것은 간장 lobules의 산소 그라디언트를 만들 수 있습니다. 산소 기울기는 업스트림 및 다운 스트림 간장 microcirculation의 효소 표현하지만, 간장 microcirculation의 산소 소비를 측정하기위한 기술의 부족 간장의 산소 대사에 관련된 메커니즘의 해설을 연기했습니다 관련된 중요한 물리적 매개 변수입니다. 따라서 우리는 간장 microcirculation을 시각화하기 위해 FITC-라벨이 적혈구를 사용하고있다 microvessels에서 산소의 부분 압력을 측정하기 위해 레이저를 이용한 phosphorimetry를 사용했습니다.
