Hier beschrijven we een protocol voor efficiënte chromatine immunoprecipitation (ChIP), gevolgd door high-throughput DNA sequentiebepaling (ChIP-seq) van bruin vetweefsel (BAT) geïsoleerd van een muis. Dit protocol is geschikt voor zowel mapping histone modificaties en genoom-brede lokalisatie van niet-Histon proteïnen van belang in vivoonderzoeken.
