Ziel dieser Methode ist es, ein In-vivo-Modell der Tumorangiogenese zu generieren, indem Säugetiertumorzellen in einen Zebrafisch-Embryo mit fluoreszierend gekennzeichneten Blutgefäßen gexlüftet werden. Durch die Abbildung des Xenografts und der zugehörigen Gefäße kann eine quantitative Messung der angiogenen Reaktion erreicht werden.
