Vi præsenterer en protokol til screening af anti-hepatitis B-virus (HBV) forbindelser rettet mod præ- og postvirale indgangslivscyklusfaser ved hjælp af isotermisk titreringskalorimetri til måling af bindingsaffinitet (KD) med værtsnatriumtaurocholat, der cotransporterer polypeptid.
