Se describen los protocolos específicos para generar los xenoinjertos subcutáneos y intrahepática de células de carcinoma hepatocelular humano o fragmentos tumorales. La regeneración hepática inducida por hepatectomía parcial en ratones receptores se presenta como una estrategia para facilitar el injerto intrahepática.
