Nanopartikler dukker op som lovende drug delivery systemer til en bred vifte af indikationer. Her beskriver vi en simpel endnu kraftfulde metode til at fremstille silke nanopartikler anvendelse af omvendt manipuleret Bombyx mori silke. Disse silke nanopartikler kan let fyldes med en terapeutisk nyttelast og efterfølgende undersøgt for lægemiddeltilførselsanvendelser.
