Strukturer af Supramolekylær protein forsamlinger på atomare opløsning er for høj relevans på grund af deres afgørende roller i en række forskellige biologiske fænomener. Heri, præsenterer vi en protokol til at udføre høj opløsning strukturelle studier på uopløseligt og ikke-krystallinsk makromolekylære protein forsamlinger af magic-angle spinning solid-state Kernemagnetisk resonans-spektroskopi (MAS SSNMR).
