Actieve autofagie is geassocieerd met productieve spierregeneratie, die essentieel is voor het activeren van spierstamcellen (MuSC). Hier bieden we een protocol voor de in situ detectie van LC3, een autofagie marker in MyoD-positieve MuSCs van spierweefsel secties van controle en gewonde muizen.
