Vi beskriver detaljert protokollen for DNA origami-baserte montering av gull nanorods i chiral plasmonic metamolecules med sterk chiroptical svar. Protokollen er ikke begrenset til chiral konfigurasjoner og lett kan tilpasses til fabrikasjon av ulike plasmonic arkitekturer.
