Beschrieben wird hier eine Näherungskennzeichnungsmethode zur Identifizierung von Interaktionspartnern der TIR-Domäne des NLR-Immunrezeptors in Nicotiana benthamiana Blattgewebe. Ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt ist ein detailliertes Protokoll zur Identifizierung von Wechselwirkungen zwischen anderen Proteinen von Interesse mit dieser Technik bei Nicotiana und anderen Pflanzenarten.
