Ein Protokoll zur Untersuchung von FcγRIIIa-gesteuerten Ereignissen durch therapeutische Antikörper in menschlichen natürlichen Killerzellen wird hier beschrieben. Diese künstliche Stimulationsplattform ermöglicht die Abfrage nachgeschalteter Effektorfunktionen wie Degranulation, Chemokin/Zytokin-Produktion und Signalwege, die durch die FcγRIIIa- und Fc-Anteile von Antikörpern, die an der Bindung beteiligt sind, vermittelt werden.
