Vi udviklede en praktisk protokol og analytisk tilgang til evaluering af mitokondrieoxidativ fosforylering og elektronoverførselskapacitet i friske tumor homogenater. Denne protokol kan let tilpasses til at undersøge forskellige mitokondrie funktioner, der bidrager til kræft indledning, progression, og behandling respons.
