Här beskriver och demonstrerar vi ett protokoll för primär muslever sinusformad endotelcell (LSEC) isolering. Protokollet är baserat på leverkollagenasperfusion, icke-parerkymal cellrening genom låghastighetscentrifugering och CD146 magnetiskt pärlval. Vi fenotypar och karakteriserar också dessa isolerade LSECs med hjälp av flödescytometri och svepelektronmikroskopi.
