C. elegans hebben twee soorten spieren, enkele sarcomere en meerdere sarcomere, of geriste spieren. Deze video beschrijft de opstelling van de geriste lichaamswandspieren, die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de voortbewegingvaneen worm en bevat een monsterprotocol om spiermorfologie te meten met behulp van beeldanalysesoftware.
