Wir präsentieren ein Protokoll für die strukturelle und Analyse der Zusammensetzung der natürlichen oralen Biofilm aus kieferorthopädischen Apparaturen mit<em> In situ</em> Hybridisierung (FISH) und konfokale Laser Scanning Mikroskopie (CLSM). Oral Biofilm-Proben wurden von palatinal Expander gesammelt, Schaben Acrylharz-abplatzt ihrer Oberfläche und deren Weiterleitung für die molekulare Verarbeitung.
