Die ECIS / Taxis-System ist ein automatisiertes Echtzeit-Assay misst die zelluläre Chemotaxis. In diesem Assay verschieben Zellen unter einer Schicht aus Agarose auf ein Ziel Elektrode ankommt. Zelluläre Bewegung wird durch das Einsetzen des Widerstands in Wechselstrom 0 gemessen.
