Vi præsenterer en protokol for at evaluere udtryk niveauer af cirkulerende mikroRNA (miRNAs) i plasmaprøver fra patienter. Navnlig, brugte vi et kommercielt tilgængeligt kit for cirkulerende miRNA udvinding og omvendt transkription. Endelig, vi analyseret et panel af 24 udvalgte miRNAs ved hjælp af real-time pre plettede sonde brugerdefinerede plader.
