Describimos aquí el alto rendimiento detección y cuantificación de fucosylated oligosacáridos de leche humana (HMO) utilizando un biosensor de célula entera. También demostramos aquí, la adaptación de esta plataforma hacia análisis de cepas de producción de HMO, centrándose en mejorar la relación señal a ruido.
