Her præsenterer vi en protokol til lokalt inducere apikale parodontitis i mus. Vi viser, hvordan man bore et hul i musens tand og udsætte sin Pulp, for at forårsage lokal inflammation. Analysemetoder til at undersøge karakteren af denne inflammation, såsom mikro-CT og histologi, er også påvist.
