Galleria mellonella a été récemment établi comme un modèle d'infection reproductible, bon marché et éthiquement acceptable pour le complexe de mycobacterium tuberculosis. Ici nous décrivons et démontrons les étapes prises pour établir l'infection réussie de G. mellonella avec le Mycobacterium bioluminescent bovis BCG lux.
