Kvantitativ multiplex Immunutfelling (QMI) bruker flyt flowcytometri for følsom påvisning av forskjeller i overflod av målrettede protein-protein interaksjoner mellom to prøver. QMI kan utføres ved hjelp av en liten mengde biomaterialet, krever ikke genetisk konstruerte koder, og kan tilpasses for alle tidligere definerte protein interaksjon nettverk.
