Das Ziel dieses Protokolls ist es, die Zellteilung im intakten Gewebe durch lebende und feste Zellmikroskopie mit Drosophila meiotischen Spermatozyten zu analysieren. Das Protokoll zeigt, wie ganze, intakte Hoden von Drosophila-Larven und frühen Pupas isoliert und wie man sie für die Mikroskopie verarbeitet und montiert.
