Her præsenterer vi en metode til at udvide perifert blod naturlig dræber (PBNK), NK-celler fra levervæv og kimære antigenreceptor (CAR) -NK-celler afledt af perifere blodmononukleære celler (PBMC'er) eller navlestrengsblod (CB). Denne protokol demonstrerer udvidelsen af NK- og CAR-NK-celler ved hjælp af 221-mIL-21 feederceller ud over den optimerede renhed af ekspanderede NK-celler.
