Syngene orthotope Allotransplantate der Maus des duktalen Adenokarzinoms der Bauchspeicheldrüse (PDAC) rekapitulieren die Biologie, die Phänotypen und das therapeutische Ansprechen von Krankheitssubtypen. Aufgrund ihrer schnellen, reproduzierbaren Tumorprogression sind sie in präklinischen Studien weit verbreitet. In dieser Arbeit zeigen wir gängige Praktiken zur Generierung dieser Modelle, indem wir syngene murine PDAC-Kulturen in die Bauchspeicheldrüse injizieren.
