Cet article présente un protocole de fabrication pour un nouveau type de substrat de culture avec des centaines de microconteneurs par mm2, dans lequel les organoïdes peuvent être cultivés et observés à l’aide de la microscopie à haute résolution. Les protocoles d’ensemencement cellulaire et d’immunomarquage sont également détaillés.
