Vi beskriver en ny kvantitativ lipidomics metod för att identifiera många lipid arter i jäst med hjälp av enkät-scan elektrospray spektrometri jonisation (ESI / MS). Denna metod överstiger tillgängliga metoder för lipid identifiering och kvantifiering av förmågan att lösa olika molekylära former av lipider, känslighet och snabbhet.
