Het testen van eiwit-eiwit interacties is onmisbaar voor dissectie van eiwitten functionaliteit. Hier introduceren we een<em> In vitro</em> Eiwit-eiwit binding assay aan een membraan-geïmmobiliseerde eiwit probe met een oplosbare proteïne. Deze test geeft een betrouwbare methode om de interactie tussen een onoplosbaar eiwit en een eiwit in oplossing te testen.
