Wir stellen eine mikrofluidische Ansatz für die Expression von Protein-Arrays. Die Vorrichtung besteht aus Tausenden von Reaktionskammern durch mikromechanische Ventile gesteuert. Mikrofluidische Vorrichtung mit einer Mikroarray-bedruckte Genbibliothek gepaart. Diese Gene werden dann transkribiert und translatiert auf dem Chip, was zu einem Protein-Array bereit zu Versuchszwecken verwendet.
