Vi presenterer en microfluidic tilnærming for uttrykket av protein arrays. Enheten består av tusenvis av reaksjonskamrene som er kontrollert av mikro-mekaniske ventiler. Microfluidic enheten er koblet til en microarray-trykt genet bibliotek. Disse genene er deretter transkribert og oversatt on-chip, som resulterer i et protein matrise klar for eksperimentell bruk.
