Vi rapporterar om en process av in situ förändring av HF behandlade Si (001) yta i en hydrofil eller hydrofob tillstånd genom att bestråla prover i mikroflödessystem kammare fyllda med H 2 O 2 / H 2 O-lösning (0,01% -0,5%) eller metanollösningar med hjälp av pulsad UV-laser av en relativt låg puls fluens.
