Een humane glioblastoom organotypische snijcultuurmodel voor de studie van tumorcellenmigratie en patiëntspecifieke effecten van anti-invasieve medicijnen
Huidige ex vivo modellen van glioblastoom (GBM) zijn niet geoptimaliseerd voor fysiologisch relevant onderzoek naar menselijke tumorinval. Hier presenteren we een protocol voor het genereren en onderhouden van organotypische plakculturen uit vers menselijk GBM-weefsel. Een beschrijving van time-lapse microscopie en kwantitatieve cel migratie analyse technieken wordt verschaft.
