Wir beschreiben hier ein fluorometrisch zellfreie biochemischen Assays zur Bestimmung von HDL-Lipidperoxidation. Dieser schnellen und reproduzierbaren Assay kann zur HDL-Funktion in groß angelegte Studien zu bestimmen und zu unserem Verständnis der HDL-Funktion in der menschlichen Krankheit beitragen kann.
