Her rapporterer vi immunofluorescence lokalisering av dynamin å illustrere protokollene for påvisning av proteiner i parafin-innebygd mus epididymal inndelinger og de av en udødeliggjort epididymal celle linje (mECap18). Vi beskriver også protokollene for isolering av sekretoriske proteiner fra både epididymal væske og betinget cellen media.
