Hier beschreiben wir eine Methode zur Reinigung von Histidin-markierten Pyrophosphokinase Enzyme und Dünnschichtchromatographie radioaktiv Substrate und Produkte, für die enzymatische Aktivität in Vitroassay nutzen. Die Enzym-Aktivität-Assay ist breit anwendbar auf Kinase, Nukleotid-Cyclase oder Phosphor-Transfer-Reaktion, deren Mechanismus Nukleotid Triphosphat Hydrolyse umfasst.
