Hier presenteren we een protocol waarbij genetisch gekoppelde spectraal verschillende photoactivatable en fluorescente proteïnen. Deze TL proteïne Chimaera toestaan kwantificering van de PA-FP-breuk thats photoactivated als tl, dat wil zeggen, de efficiëntie van de photoactivation.
