ऑप्टिकल जुटना टोमोग्राफी (OCT), एक तीन आयामी इमेजिंग प्रौद्योगिकी, पर नजर रखने और कोशिकीय ट्यूमर spheroids के विकास कैनेटीक्स विशेषताएं इस्तेमाल किया गया था । ट्यूमर spheroids का सटीक volumetric ठहराव एक voxel गिनती दृष्टिकोण का उपयोग कर, और spheroids में लेबल से मुक्त मृत ऊतक का पता लगाने आंतरिक ऑप्टिकल क्षीणन कंट्रास्ट के आधार पर, प्रदर्शन किया गया ।
