Her præsenterer vi en let anvendelig protokol til at vurdere opbevarings stabiliteten af ekstracellulære vesikler, en gruppe af naturligt forekommende nanopartikler produceret af celler. Vesikler er lastet med glucuronidasesystemer som model enzym og opbevaret under forskellige forhold. Efter opbevaring evalueres deres fysisk-kemiske parametre og aktiviteten af det indkapslet enzym.
