Vi præsenterer en protokol ved hjælp af flydende kromatografi kombineret med tandem massespektrometri at identificere og kvantificere større cellulære lipider i Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Den beskrevne metode til en kvantitativ vurdering af større lipidklasser i en gærcelle er alsidig, robust og følsom.
