Wir präsentieren einen frei verfügbaren Workflow für die schnelle Erforschung und genaue Analyse von Zellkörpern in bestimmten Zellkompartimenten in Fluoreszenzmikroskopiebildern. Dieser benutzerfreundliche Workflow wurde auf der Open-Source-Software Icy entwickelt und verwendet auch ImageJ-Funktionalitäten. Die Pipeline ist ohne Kenntnisse in der Bildanalyse erschwinglich.
