Vi beskriver her en enkel metode for uttrykk, ekstraksjon og rensing av rekombinant human IgG smeltet til GFP i Nicotiana benthamiana. Denne protokollen kan utvides til rensing og visualisering av mange proteiner som benytter kolonnekromatografi. Videre er protokollen tilpasningsdyktig til personlig og virtuell høyskoleundervisningslaboratorium, som gir prosjektbasert utforskning.
